Agent Wallets

Wallets built for autonomous agents.

Equip agents with secure, non-custodial wallets to hold funds, make autonomous payments, and transact within programmable spending limits. Fund instantly with cards or stablecoins.

From wallet creation to autonomous execution

  1. Provision a secure, non-custodial smart wallet with a single API call.

  2. Let users add funds with cards or stablecoins, directly in your app.

  3. Define spending limits, approved destinations, and expiration dates, enforced onchain.

  4. Let agents pay for APIs, compute, and data using x402 and MPP.

An architecture built for secure delegation

Crossmint wallets separate the wallet from the keys that control it. Smart contracts enforce permissions onchain, while delegated keys let agents transact within predefined limits.

  • Non-custodial. You or your users retain full control of funds.
  • Granular permissions. Set spending limits, destinations, and expiration dates.
  • Revocable access. Disable agents anytime without moving funds.

Give agents autonomy. Keep control.

An agent can only spend what you allow, and you can change who signs at any time.

  • Limits enforced onchain

Smart contracts enforce spending limits, even if an agent is compromised.

  • Flexible signer management

Add, rotate, or revoke signers without changing wallet addresses.

  • Every payment on the record

Track transactions and approvals with a verifiable audit trail.

Fund agent wallets in seconds

Let users top up their agent's wallet with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The stablecoins land straight in the wallet the agent is authorized on, ready for its next payment.

  • Saved cards let users top up again in one tap.
  • Embedded checkout handles KYC, payment, and delivery.
  • Funds arrive in the same wallet, so the agent's limits still apply.

Execute machine payments

Let AI agents pay for APIs, compute, and data using x402 and MPP. Enable seamless micropayments without subscriptions, invoices, or manual approvals.

  • Pay as you go. Agents pay only for the resources they consume.
  • Built for autonomous payments. Payments happen directly within API requests, without interrupting the agent's workflow.

You or your users retain ownership and control of the wallet. Agents receive delegated signing permissions, allowing them to transact autonomously within predefined limits. You can update or revoke those permissions at any time without moving funds or changing the wallet address.

Spending limits are enforced directly by the wallet's smart contract, not the agent or application. You can define how much each agent can spend, where it can send funds, and for how long. Transactions that violate these rules are automatically rejected, even if the agent is compromised.

Agents can pay for APIs, compute, and data on a per-call basis using x402 and MPP, with payments settling in seconds. They can also purchase goods and services online through Crossmint's Agent Checkout API.

One API covers 50+ chains, including Solana, Base, Polygon, and Stellar. You can turn on gas sponsorship in the console, so agents never need a native token for fees.
