Founder Crossmint, business development, ex-Fokker, ex-Philips, ex-Atos Origin

Worked at Fokker Aircraft (selling aircraft, especially in South-East Asia), Philips (always in the forefront of innovation), FirePond (unique sales configuration software) and Timespots (first online mobile city guide) to set up exciting new ventures in travel, hospitality, tourism, events industries, making use of the latest mobile and Internet technologies. And that is what I am again doing right now with the latest ventures I have just founded: MyLimburg and Crossmint, a crossmedia web 2.0 platform providing destination information and services for business and leisure travellers and visitors of events. I am interested in everything open source (working with Zope/Plone now), mobile, user-generated content and (mobile) web 2.0 business models. Moving beyond SEO into blog marketing, community marketing and new PR concepts. Involved in several big projects setting up (mobile) web service (publishing) platforms. Also looking for other persons and companies for working together cross-border on mobile web 2.0 concepts in leisure, event or business travel. Also available for strategic consulting or project management.

Setting up new ventures or helping/consulting other companies to do so. International sales, marketing and project management background, negotiation skills, in diverse industries: air transport, travel & tourism, information services, software, mobile and consulting. Special interest for everyting related to mobile Internet, web 2.0, Software-as-Service, etc.
