Klewer Consulting
Partner of Crossmint, consulting in marketing & sales, operations. Worked for Siemens Vodafone, Philips and KPN in senior positions.
After study in Münster, Amsterdam and Freiburg, worked for Euratom at the FOM Institute for Atomic and Molecular Physics in Amsterdam. Switched to business jobs after PhD. Worked first a couple of years for Siemens in The Hague, selling industrial automation modules and IC`s, then moved to Philips where for twelve years I did exiting things like product marketing of VMEbus (I co-founded VITA, the VMEbus International Trade Association) and later repositioning and reorganizing internal suppliers of Philips, always in international context. Left the “old economy” in the early 90`s and switched to Telecoms. Worked for KPN in the very first days of GSM and later for Libertel (Vodafone). Caused changes in business mechanics like the 2-year subscription (at KPN) and prepaid calling (at Libertel), stimulated introduction of Hi (at KPN). Left the corporate environment in the late 90`s, did a number of change management assignments and finally found my today’s destination, start-ups in the “new economy”.
